Present on the market for over 50 years, the GOUET company is historically a manufacturer of ovens. The company has developed over these years a wide range of ovens, mainly dedicated to the bakery, but also other products like : tin-breads, soft breads, brioches, pizzas, pastries, vegetables, milky desserts ... The company has expanded its expertise through the acquisition of a company specialized in mechanization.
GOUET, then, consolidated its presence as a supplier of automatic lines, in collaboration with the different manufacturers of make-up equipments.
The head office is located on the site of Montilliers which also includes the technical and industrial services for mechanization ;
The ovens are manufactured in Eu, a secondary site, in Normandy.
In November 2006, GOUET joined the MECATHERM group, thus completing the world leader in supplying of lines for crusty breads.

Faced with a large variability in products to bake and baking supports to use, GOUET is internally structured in a reinforced "project" logic.
For each case, an ad hoc multidisciplinary team is constituted, led by a project engineer.
This project engineer will be the sole interlocutor of the client from the order until the end of the warranty period, passing through the phase of start-up and training of client users.
During phases of project instruction, some GOUET ovens are available to perform all baking tests needed and desired by our customers, in the laboratory located at MECATHERM in Barembach.
