Production modules in detail

MECATHERM's automated production lines are modular and include all phases of the baking process.

Scoring

A numerically controlled robot is used for scoring. The knives which make incisions in the dough at high speed are programmed with sequenced 3D-movements.

Adjustable to suit any product, 20 scoring schemes are stored in memory to execute most of the current scoring types.
