MECATHERM's automated production lines are modular and include all phases of the baking process.
Freezing - Deep freezer for trays TSP/SMP and SMPII
The MECATHERM freezing tunnels TSP, SMP & SMPII are designed for automatic continuous freezing of products on trays 600 x 800 mm, 1600 x 800 mm and 2000 x 800 mm.
The MECATHERM freezing tunnels can be distinguished by their transfer mechanism composed of a lane of juxtaposed motorized modules. Each module consists of one up-going and one down-going pile running simultaneously. The trays are moved by a pneumatic jack on the top and a conveyor at the bottom.
