Modular, Flexible and Smart

The single-deck FDA tunnel oven combines the convection and radiation baking technologies.  Thanks to the flexibility of its settings, this oven is intended to bake a wide range of “soft” products, like tin breads, buns, brioche breads, but also pastries, cakes and other sweet and savoury items. To complete the product range, the FDA oven can also bake crusty bread.

The oven is modular, featuring several totally autonomous heating zones, from 5 to 18 m² of cooking surface area. This oven is designed on a “custom” basis, in accordance with the users’ needs in terms of both process and output rate.  Moreover, it is equipped with a smart, user-friendly man/machine interface that adapts to the profile of the connected user.
