The tin bread bloc is a moulding bloc.
The dough pieces are moulded by a triple laminator and moulding boards before depositing in moulds on straps.
The last moulding board can be equipped with a twisting system to cut the dough piece into 4 pieces, rotated at 90° before depositing.
Depositing in double lane for a more compact equipment.
Output rate: Up to 4,000 dough pieces/hour for 500-gram pieces
Individual dough piece weight: from 200 to 900 grams
