The TSP freezer allows freezing products directly on trays inside a thermal enclosure with regulated atmosphere. The TSP appliance is composed of 2 to 10 elevators, depending on the requested processing time. Each elevator is composed of a rising and lowering stack, with a top transfer by pusher and another low transfer by conveyor belt.
Basic specifications:
The maximum operating output rate is 450 trays/hour.
Each elevator can be bypassed, thereby making it possible to adjust the freezer capacity.
