As part of this commitment, we have implemented a strict risk assessment process for our employees' business trips abroad. This proactive approach seeks to identify potential risks in advance, provide solutions, and thus ensure the safety of our staff while they work internationally. The quality of this process was recognized in France in December 2024, earning us the “Grand Prix Prévention” from CARSAT Alsace Moselle in the "Awareness and Training" category—an award that underscores our commitment to protecting employees while promoting a culture of responsible safety.

This process includes several key actions:

· A safety orientation for all newcomers.

· Travel risk awareness sessions for employees required to travel for work.

· Logistical and administrative monitoring of business trips, managed by our travel department.
