Accuracy & Performance:

The H3 Combi volumetric divider allows working with dough at a hydration rate of less than 65%.
The dough pieces exiting the volumetric chamber are slightly pre-moulded and floured. The technology installed provides the flexibility to exit in either in single or double channel.
