The RMPII cooler serves to cool products directly on trays, either by ambient air cooling, or inside a thermal enclosure with regulated atmosphere. The RMPII device is composed of 1 to 6 elevators, depending on the requested processing time. Each elevator includes a rising and a lowering stack, with top transfer by pusher and bottom transfer by conveyor.
Main specifications:
The maximum operating rate is 400 trays/hour.
Each elevator can be by-passed, allowing to adjust the cooler capacity.
