RT2 bloc

Ease of use & Performance:

The Bloc RT2  is a moulding bloc. Moulding is made by a laminator and moulding boards before depositing of the dough pieces on trays or peelboards. The last moulding board can be equipped with a cutting device to cut the moulded dough piece in equally sized portions  (from 2 to 6 portions). Depositing in double lane for a more compact equipment.

  • Up to 5,000 dough pieces/hour for a 350-gram baguette-style dough piece
  • Up to 1,800 dough pieces/hour for a short loaf format dough piece

Individual dough piece weight: from 50 to 900 grams
