TRAINING MAY 3-5, 2022: FUNDAMENTALS OF INDUSTRIAL BAKING IN 72H

On May 3-5, the MECATHERM ACADEMY opens a 72-hour training session in English designed for any of our customers or partners who want to improve their expertise and master the “FUNDAMENTALS OF INDUSTRIAL BAKING.”

Exceptional learning conditions

This session takes place in our state-of-the-art 3000 m² demo center at Barembach, in France, which offers ideal learning conditions for our participants.

Presented by our very experienced master bakers and trainers, the program provides a unique combination of theory and practice.

The benefits of training in real conditions

Participants have the opportunity to test a recipe, manufacture a product, and work with MECATHERM’s industrial equipment in real-life conditions. They will also go through the different stages of the bread-making process on an industrial scale.

This program includes:

  • A theoretical section that focuses on ingredients, the production process, and equipment (50%)
  • A practical section that illustrates all of the steps at an industrial scale (50%)

Who can attend?

This training session is designed for people working in the industrial baking sector who want to rapidly gain new skills and improve their autonomy in the field. No specific technical background is required to register.

How to register for the session on May 3-5, 2022

Enrolling in this session costs €2500 (VAT excluded) per participant. This includes 21 hours of hands-on training spread across three days. Lunches at The Canteen are included and teaching tools are provided at the end of the session.
