HYBRID DIVIDER

The H1 and H3 dividers are designed to process direct doughs with hydration levels below 62%. They ensure consistent shape and high weight accuracy of dough pieces  with a tolerance of approximately 1%.

The pre-moulded and lightly floured dough pieces exiting the volumetric chamber are fully compatible with the MECATHERM moulding unit.

H1 Divider main specifications:

  • Dough pieces exit on a single lane.

Output rate:

  • Minimum: 1,250 pieces/hour
  • Up to 2,500 pieces/hour for dough weights between 300 g and 500 g
  • Up to 2,000 pieces/hour for dough weights between 500 g and 900 g
  • Optional: “Small weight” module for dough pieces ranging from 140 g to 600 g

H3 Divider main specifications:

  • Dough pieces exit on two lanes, then are realigned onto a single lane.

Output rate:

  • Minimum: 2,250 pieces/hour
  • Up to 4,500 pieces/hour for dough weights between 300 g and 500 g
  • Up to 4,000 pieces/hour for dough weights between 500 g and 900 g
  • Optional: “Small weight” module for dough pieces ranging from 140 g to 600 g
