The M-RT Moulder can produce a wide range of formats and weights of crusty breads when paired with our "stretch-free" M-NS II dividers or Volumetric H dividers. MECATHERM's equipment for makeup lines gives the products several unique qualities: regular length and shape, generous volume, and a thin, golden, shiny, and crispy crust. This equipment also enhances the aroma thanks to minimal flouring and provides a more or less open, soft, and regular crumb.
The M-RT can handle hydrated and pointed doughs with demanding ingredients such as sourdough, poolish, or seeds. It can also produce a wide range of formats and weights of crispy breads, such as baguettes, bâtard bread, or even portioned baguettes up to 1/6th.
The M-RT Moulder offers operators ease of use and accessibility to various parts of the equipment to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and production changes. Most settings are motorized. Manual adjustments are intuitive and can be performed by a single operator.
The equipment offers optimal compactness due to its reduced footprint. MECATHERM's makeup lines will easily integrate into new lines or retrofit existing lines.
