MECATHERM unites its teams around a multi-site charity challenge

As part of its sustainability commitment to promote workplace wellbeing, particularly by encouraging collective initiatives, MECATHERM organized a multi-site internal challenge in partnership with the SquadEasy app.

The goal of this challenge was simple: to unite all teams around a common cause, benefiting to charities supported cancer research by a donation. Driven by the commitment of MECATHERM’s teams and all entities of the TMG Group (ABI and Mamata), the initiative quickly took on a collective and international dimension.

The challenge was based on four key themes: workplace well-being, safety, the environment, and corporate culture. For four weeks, employees from Canada to France participated in challenges combining sports, creativity, and quizzes, allowing them to convert their participation into donations for the charity.

“This challenge perfectly illustrates the strength of our collective: when we unite around shared values, we are able to make a real impact both on the cohesion of our employees and on the charities we support. This international mobilization shows that sustainability is not just a concept, but a human dynamic that brings us together and drives us forward across all TMG Group entities. ”  Amandine CARDONNET, Sustainability Manager

The challenge demonstrated the ability of MECATHERM and other TMG Group entities to mobilize their teams around a meaningful project, with a commitment to society and international cohesion. Thanks to the motivation of our employees, this initiative transformed individual actions into a positive collective impact. A dynamic that fully reflects our ambition: to make sustainability a driver of performance, solidarity, and pride for all our entities.
