controle_hygieneAs food safety is a patisserie producers' daily concern, the MECAPATISSERIE Line was designed  to reach optimal hygiene conditions, with dedicated cooling trays on a separate cooling & freezing circuit. Besides reducing contamination risk, they are also very easy to wash.
