In an effort to continuously strengthen customer satisfaction, the Mecatherm Projects and Services team has grown to a team of 5 Customer Success Managers (CSM) in the last year.

To assure proper operation of production lines, the CSM works in close collaboration with the Account Managers. The CSM in your geographical area is involved from the start-up of your equipment or your production line and throughout its life cycle. Your contact thus becomes a partner of your industrial performance and the quality of your products.

As a dedicated contact, your CSM provides you with privileged support to assure an efficient and profitable operation of your production tool, with complete peace of mind. The CSM also works with the Services team to identify and propose the service solutions that will answer your problems and bring added value to your products.

With over a several years of experience as a Services engineer at Mecatherm, Mounir Chaairat has recently became the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Belgium, Luxembourg and France areas.

This evolutionary growth has placed him at the heart of customer relations: “As a CSM, I feel particularly involved in the success of each of our clients. This is why I strive to offer them the best quality of service, no matter the project.” 


With over a decade of experience as an automation engineer at Mecatherm, Loic Lamboley serves clients as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Mecatherm Inc. overlooking North America.
