The new M-RT moulder to be presented at IBA

MECATHERM will be launching its new M-RT moulder at the IBA, enabling the shaping of more or less hydrated and pointed doughs, and a wide range of formats and weights. This new moulder guarantees crusty, soft bread of the highest quality, thanks to a moulding process that is close to the artisanal method.

The new M-RT moulder also enhances operator comfort, thanks to easy access to all parts for cleaning and maintenance, and a large number of motorized settings.

Particularly compact, the equipment helps to improve industrial performance and reduce product waste by guaranteeing product consistency.
