We invite you to discover the Mecatoast production line, installed at our customer’s factory in the United Arabic Emirates. The capacity of this line goes up to 6 000 products per hour, 1 000 tons of finished goods per day.
Mecatoast is a baking system dedicated to the industrial production of toast bread, from proofing to cooling of the products, through the key step of baking.
The Mecatoast line ensures an optimal product quality, thanks to the convection baking. Its particularly compact layout and its optimal energy consumption also allow to increase the industrial performance of toast bread manufacturers.
To produce different types of toast bread, this production line integrates, in its 100% automated version, the steps of personnalization, lidding and unliddind steps, as well as products depanning and buffering of the different types of supports.
